Lake Travis Towns

Briarcliff TX is located on the western area of  Lake Travis and has many amenities to offer residents.  A community center is located within the neighborhood for family activities.  Briarcliff also offers a tennis center, golf course, marina; basketball courts a picnic and playground area.

Jonestown TX is located northwest of Austin on the north end of Lake Travis Jones Brother’s Park is a public park located on the shore of Lake Travis. The park offers 2 boat ramps, playground, and basketball court and picnic area. The school districts are Leander and Logo Vista ISD.

Lago Vista TX is a growing community with many amenities offered:  Boating, fishing, golfing and parks for family recreation. The city of Lago Vista is located on the North side of Lake Travis and is in the Lago Vista ISD.

Lakeway TX is on the south eastern shore of Lake Travis and is approximately 20 miles to downtown Austin.  This community offers many conveniences including retail centers, grocery stores and restaurants.  Lakeway also offers many amenities such as golf clubs, a tennis center, swim center, marinas and acres of parkland for family enjoyment. Lake Travis ISD is the school district for Lakeway.

Point Venture TX is located on the north shore of  Lake Travisand is a small village community offering it’s residents an abundance of amenities.  Homeowners enjoy a junior Olympic swimming pool, a 50 acre waterfront park with boat ramps, picnic tables and a playground.  Also available to residents are tennis courts, marina, restaurant and 9 hole golf course.

Spicewood TX is located on the Southwest portion of Lake Travis and is about 35 miles from downtown Austin. This area is nestled in the rolling hills of central Texas and has many natural spring fed creeks and dedicated parkland.  Most subdivisions offer their own marina or access to park areas.  Rich with vista views and lakefront property, you will enjoy searching for your next home. The four school districts in the Spicewood area are:  Johnson City, Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, and Lake Travis.
